Just offering a retirement plan to the employees will not help them unless it comes with advice on how to use this great tool. Townsend Financial will work with the plan sponsor to educate their employees about the benefit they are being provided and work to encourage them to save as much as possible to prepare for their future. Through regular communication with them about their financial concerns and in-person education events, Townsend Financial will be available to help the employees with some of their financial concerns.
